| Chuck Moss will lead the session and provide parchment and green coffee samples of known moisture content which can be used to calibrate your moisture meter. There will be an opportunity to share thoughts on moisture measurement techniques. If you have a Dickey-john Multi-grain meter don't forget to bring your calibration weight and a screwdriver.. Please bring your moisture meters. |
