Watch and learn as Scott takes you on a tour of the process of slaughtering and butchering a sheep. Scott is a self-taught (non-professional) butcher, having processed about 40 various animals over the past 12 years. This beginner's class is intended to prepare small farmers to be able to butcher their own pigs, goats, sheep, etc. for home use.

Reservations required. The two or three hour class is open to exactly 5 students. If this class fills up, it will be offered again in the near future.
