Learn to make cheese at home during this full-day, hands-on workshop with experienced cheesemaker and small-scale dairy promoter, Vicki Dunaway. Small class (maximum 10 people) will give you the basics for turning milk into artisan cheese. We will make feta, Havarti style and traditional Mozzarella.
