Sunday's Subject: Livestock Agriculture
A group of concerned isle organizations is sponsoring a return visit -- this time to North Kohala -- by innovative Korean farming expert Cho Han Kyu. You will learn a completely sustainable system of farming that requires no off-island inputs and provides abundant and nutritious food. Natural farming focuses on living soil and indigenous micro-organisms that convert organic material into the inorganic minerals and nutrients plants can utilize.
The founder of the Cho Global Natural Farm Institute will be joined in teaching the workshops by Hoon Park of Cho Global Natural Farming-USA.
