Come join Chef Dan Bobo as he teaches you to make your own soups from scratch for quick, healthy and easy meals. You will learn to make four soups; one or two will be vegetarian in addition to Italian wedding soup! You will learn how to make
both vegetable and chicken stock, all with seasonal produce from local farmers’ markets. The techniques you will learn are applicable to many soups. You will be surprised how easy it is!
