Watch and learn as Scott takes you on a tour of the process of slaughtering and butchering a sheep. Scott is a self-taught (non-professional) butcher, having processed about 40 various animals over the past 12 years. This beginner's class is intended to prepare small farmers to be able to butcher their own chickens, pigs, sheep, etc. for home use.

Cost:	$20 reservations required. Two hour class is open to exactly 5 students.
