About me

Andrea Dean is a coach, consultant and facilitator who supports businesses and communities in moving towards sustainability.

Andrea Dean LLC helps companies and communities to Plan (Sustainability Strategic Planning, Facilitation), Grow (Personal & Team Development) Learn (Sustainability Training & Education) and Share (New Media Communications.)

As a facilitator, Andrea has recently worked with the North Kohala Food Forum, the Varroa Mite Steering Committee, and the Hawaii Homegrown Food Network. As a consultant, Andrea has worked on numerous business projects and community initiatives, her client list has included: Volcano Island Honey Company, Hawaii Island Economic Development Board, Hawaiian Queen Company, Maui Film Festival, Waimea Community Development Plan Committee and the Kona Earth Festival.
