About me

The APDC is a development of the Arc of Hilo. Our mission at the Arc is to improve the quality of life for people with developmental and/or other disabilities on Hawaii Island. This commercial kitchen will help to connect community individuals and farmers with local businesses while helping our clients gain the relevent work experience they need. We are continuously researching how to maximize the utilization of this facility so that we may help the community to become self-sufficent and sustainable.
